CLEBURNE -- Millard Wayne Moore, 80, of Cleburne passed away Friday, Sept. 16, 2016.
Funeral: 1 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 24, at Emerald Hills Funeral Home.
Interment: Emerald Hills Memorial Park. Visitation 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, Sept. 23, at Emerald Hills Funeral Home.
Wayne was a loving husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather. He was born Aug. 19, 1936, in Purdon. He served his country in the Army with a SP4 title for six years. Wayne went on to retire from Pat Crow.
Wayne was a longtime member of Liberty Missionary Baptist Church. His involvement in the church included many different titles. Wayne's most recent church home was Calvary Baptist Church.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Sam and Hazel Moore; sister, Laverne; grandson, Curtis Eugene; great-granddaughter, Charlee Ann.
Survivors: Wife of 61 years, Ann Moore; children, Barbara Ann and husband, Curtis, of Burleson, Mike and wife, Lauri, of Kentucky, Jerry and wife, Jenny, of Cleburne, Cynthia and husband, Rick, of Brownwood; grandchildren, Troy, Bret, Tyler, Jessica, Michelle, Amber, Jerry Wayne and Heather; great-grandchildren, Kaitlyn, "Bubba," MaKayla, Sara Ann, Brody, Amy, Asher and Aria; sister, Bessie Tice.
