ARLINGTON -- Noble "Buster" Faulkenberry, 83, of Arlington passed away peacefully, surrounded by loved ones, on Sunday, March 15, 2015, after a brave fight against chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
Celebration of life: 1 p.m. Saturday at Fielder Road Baptist Church, 2011 S. Fielder Road, Arlington. Interment: private. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at Emerald Hills Funeral Home.
Buster was born to Olan and Beatrice on Feb. 28, 1932, in his beloved hometown of Bowie. He was known as "Roy Boy," Daddy and Packey by some, but as a hard-working, loving, and quick-witted gentleman by all.
Survivors: His devoted wife of nearly 38 years, Karen Clark Faulkenberry; their children, Jason and wife, Ashley, and Jennifer and husband, Matt; and grandchildren, Emma, Cole and Lola.
