Patricia Ruth Caldwell, a beloved wife, mother, grandmother passed on July 31, 2024, in Arlington, TX. She was born on November 1939, in Chicago Illinois, daughter of Chester Arthur and Mary Margaret Millsap.
In her professional life, Patricia had a successful career as a Logistics Manager at DEC before retiring. Post-retirement, she and her loving husband Ervin ventured into entrepreneurship as they became the proud proprietors of Highlander Bowl in Glasgow KY from 1998 to 2021. Patricia's dedication and hard work were evident in all aspects of her life.
Those who had the privilege of knowing Patricia will always remember her infectious laughter that could light up an entire room. Her love for her family was unwavering, and she was known for giving the most wonderful hugs. Patricia's caring and loyal nature endeared her to all who crossed her path.
Among her many hobbies and interests were bowling, reading, looking at pictures, working on puzzles, and indulging in her love for chocolate ice cream. She excelled as a high-ranking bowler and was known for her extreme generosity towards others.
Patricia's proudest accomplishments were not only in her professional endeavors but also in the way she showered love and care upon her family. Preceded in death by her devoted husband Ervin Caldwell, and a baby brother Teddy, Patricia is survived by her children Jacqueline Ferris, Donald Ferris Jr. and his wife Jill, Lucinda Stonesifer, Christine Wenrich and her husband Jerry, Elisha Caldwell, Mona Barnes and her husband Darrell.
In addition to her immediate family members are extended family members Josh and Susan Berry and family; one sister Jeannie Wallace; one brother Carl Millsap and his wife Carol; one sister-in-law Marie Seiger and numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
Patricia Ruth Caldwell will be deeply missed but will forever be remembered for the love she shared, the joy she brought into the lives of those around her, and the legacy of kindness she leaves behind. May she rest in peace.
