FORT WORTH -- Pauline "MeMaw" "Nana" Birch, 88, a lifelong resident of Fort Worth, went to be with her Lord on her birthday, Wednesday, Nov. 5, 2014, at her home in the presence of her loving family and friends.
Funeral: 2 p.m. Monday in Emerald Hills Funeral Home Chapel. Interment: Emerald Hills Memorial Park. Visitation: 5 to 7 p.m. at Emerald Hills Funeral Home.

Pauline was born Nov. 5, 1926, to Ollie and Effie Redmon Uselton. Pauline accepted Christ at 21 years of age. She married John "Johnny" Cummins Birch and they had three children, John Wesley, Christie and Shirley.
She had a passion for music, especially gospel and bluegrass, guitar, piano, electric keyboard, spending time with people, coffee, flowers, working in her yard, working carnivals for her children, church services, making crafts with her sister, clothing and jewelry.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Johnny; son, Wes; her parents, Ollie and Effie; and four brothers, James C., Ollie Jr., Virgil and Roger.
Survivors: Her daughters, Christie Baccus (Jim) and Shirley Bearden (Scott); grandchildren, George Birch (Amy), Kim Fisher (Brad), Mike Baccus (Angela), Jennifer Boyd (Jeremy), Keith Baccus and Tim Birch; 11 great-grandchildren; sister, Melba Pitts; brothers, Harvey Uselton and Thomas Uselton; and numerous other extended family and friends.
