Phillip Michael Vallejo “Flip”, 30, passed away on July 31, 2015 in Ft. Worth, Texas. Phillip was born on July 30, 1985 to Gustavo Ortiz and Rebecca Vallejo in Fort Worth.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, August 7, 2015 at Emerald Hills Funeral Home Chapel in Kennedale at 11 AM. Interment will directly follow funeral services at Emerald Hills Memorial Park. Visitation with the family will be held on Thursday, August 6, 2015 from 6-9 PM at Emerald Hills Funeral Home.
He was preceded in death by his father, Gustavo Ortiz and his sister, Tiffany Vallejo.
Survivors include his wife, Brenda Lee Vallejo; his children, Domingo Jose Santos, Moses Isaiah Buentello, Phillip Michael Vallejo, Jr., and Gianna Brielle Vallejo; mother, Rebecca Vallejo and her husband, Martin Gonzalez; siblings, Martin Vallejo, Monica Ortiz, Ryan Ortiz, and Rachael Ortiz; and other numerous family and friends.
