Funeral Service: 10:00 a.m. Wednesday at St. Matthew Catholic Church in Arlington. Interment to follow at Emerald Hills Memorial Park. Survivors: wife, Bertha Ruiz; son, Alex Ruiz and wife Josie their children, Valerie, Victoria and Erica; daughter, Esther Haggard and husband Art and their children Kennedy and Justin; Jackie Huffman and her children ,Colin and Mathew; Nicky Burton and husband Ron, and children, Kamryn, Austin, Barry and Gunner
