Rebecca Rangel

Rebecca Rangel, 62, passed away 2 hours and 24 minutes after the love of her life Daniel Salinas Rivera on April 07, 2021 at Medical City Arlington in Arlington, TX. She was born on September 24, 1958 in McAllen, TX to Samuel and Maria Elena (Moreno) Rangel.

Rebecca married Daniel Rivera in 1980 in Kingsville, TX. They were happily married for 41 years. She was a member of Grace Fellowship Church.

Rebecca was preceded in death by her parents, Samuel & Maria Elena Rangel.

Rebecca is survived by her daughter, Tara Marie Barajas of Arlington, Tx; sons, Daniel Jr., (Elizabeth Joy) Rivera of Mansfield, TX and Asa Othanial (Sarah Sari) Rivera of Arlington, TX; grandchildren, Leilani Anna Ortega-Rivera, Juan Jaime Barajas Jr., Ashton Jessai Barajas, Gabriella Joy Rivera, Mikaela Jade Rivera, Arianna Sarai Rivera, and Alissa Marie Rivera; and many nieces and nephews and other relatives.

A celebration of life service will be held at The Vine Fellowship Church 5229 Kelly Elliot Rd., Arlington, TX 76017 at 10am Saturday, April 17, 2021. A visitation will be held at the church 6-8pm Friday, April 16, 2021. Burial will follow the service at Emerald Hills Memorial Park.
