August 2, 1941 — March 4, 2025

Mansfield, Texas

Rebecca Gaye Reusnow, 83, passed away peacefully at her home in Mansfield, Texas, on March 4, 2025. Born on August 2, 1941, in Barberton, Ohio, she was the daughter of Walter and Mary Kathleen Wine.

Becky, as she was affectionately known to family and friends, spent her formative years in Green Township, Ohio. After graduating from Green High School in Comet, Ohio, in 1959, she embraced life as a devoted mother to her children. In 1980, seeking new horizons, Becky relocated to Texas, where she became an integral part of the community. Her spirit shone brightly through her involvement with the First Methodist Mansfield Church, where she was beloved by many.

In 1974, Becky married Charles Reusnow in Akron, Ohio. Together, they shared a loving and enduring partnership for 49 years, nurturing their bond through travel that allowed them to explore numerous U.S. states and various countries around the globe.

Becky is preceded in death by her husband, Charles "Chuck", who was a cherished part of her life. She is survived by her daughter Carey (Cary) Morgan of Arlington, Texas, and her son Greg (Sheryl) Strabel, also of Arlington, Texas. Additionally, she leaves behind her stepson, Charles (Sandy) Reusnow of St. Peters, Missouri, and her brothers, Richard Wine and Roger Wine, both of Ohio. Her legacy continues through her grandchildren, Victoria Strabel, Derik Strabel, Seth Morgan, Ethan Morgan, Justin (Briana) Reusnow, and Jessie (Jordan) Roberts, along with several great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and other family members.

A visitation to celebrate Rebecca's life will take place on March 10, 2025, from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM, followed by a funeral service starting at 2:00 PM.
