ARLINGTON – Richard “Dick” Piatkowski, 83, passed away on Saturday, August 15, 2015 in Fort Worth.
A celebration of life will be held at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, August 18, 2015 in Emerald Hills Memorial Chapel located in Kennedale.
Dick was born in Canada to Louis and Viola Piatkowski on January 21, 1932.
Survivors include his son, Randall Piatkowski and his wife, Taryn; daughter, Pam Lozon and her husband, Roger; two grandchildren, Colin and Kyle Lozon; 2 sisters, June, Elinor, and Carol; and his adoring canine companions, Little Earl and Lovey. He was preceded in death by his wife, Randah; and siblings, Harry and Rita.
