ARLINGTON -- Robert Dove III passed away Friday, Jan. 3, 2013.
Funeral: 1 p.m. Thursday at Emerald Hills Funeral Home in Kennedale.
Robert was born in November 1952 to Robert Jr. and Thelma Dove in Fort Worth. He enjoyed collecting model cars, tractors, small trains and Texaco memorabilia. His family remembers him as quite the jokester, ready to give anyone a hard time with a sly smile, then bursting into laughter when the other person realized it was a joke. Robert was light-hearted and filled his time working as a small assembly lineman.
He has joined his parents in heaven.
Survivors: Those left to remember him are his brother, Christopher Dove; and niece, Autumn Dove-Benavides and her husband, Ralph, and their children, Christian Reuben Benavides and Adalynn Loren Benavides.
