Robert William Sengbush, 87, was lifted into God's loving arms Saturday, September 24, 2016.
Bob was born January 12, 1929 in Lafayette Township, Wisconsin. Bob joined the navy when he was 18. He was on a flight crew, and then he trained to be a meteorologist. While in the Navy, Bob served on the Boxer off Korea CVA21, Saratoga CVA660 from 1952-1955 of the coast of Vietnam, and during the Cuban Blockade in 1962. He later worked with the marines and the CIA to plan amphibious landings in Vietnam in 1969, and he was later promoted to Chief Msster Sergeant in 1964. After a long career in the Navy, Bob retired in February 1970.
Preceded in death by his first wife of 39 years, Doris, and his recent wife of 20 years, Barbara.
Survived by daughters, Kelli and Karen; son, Kevin; his faithful and loyal grandson, Robert.
