ARLINGTON -- Ronnie Wesley Johnson, 66, passed away Friday, Dec. 11, 2009.
Graveside service: 11 a.m. Thursday in D/FW National Cemetery, Dallas. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Emerald Hills Funeral Home.
Ronnie "R.J." Johnson was born Oct. 27, 1943, in Ada, Okla., to John and Connie Maurice Johnson. After serving in the U.S. Navy from 1960-1966 he met and married Judy Scott, his wife of 43 years. He worked for more than 30 years in construction management. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather and friend. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends.
Survivors: Wife, Judy Johnson; daughter, Scotti Beth and son-in-law, Rolando Ramirez Jr.; granddaughters, Victoria Nicole and Ronni Raquel of White Settlement; brother, John F. Johnson of Raleigh, N.C., and a host of other family and friends.
