Roscoe H. Fincher, 83, passed away on Wednesday, Oct. 28, 2015.
Funeral: 10 a.m. Monday in Skyvue Victoria Chapel. Interment: Emerald Hills Memorial Park. Vistation: 3 to 5 p.m. Sunday at Skyvue Funeral Home.
Roscoe was preceded in death by his wife, Betty Fincher.
Survivors: Children, Banney Fincher, Rickey Taft, Brenda Still and Russell Fincher; brothers, Fred, Edwin, Jessy and Pete Fincher; eight grandchildren; six great-grandchildren.
