NORTH RICHLAND HILLS -- LEVELING, ROSEMARY RAMONA (Nee; FALTUS),Born in St. Louis, MO. on Monday, February 20th, 1928, Rosemary Ramona Leveling, nee Faltus, unconditionally devoted, doting and loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, daughter and friend to all who had the good fortune to know her, passed peacefully from this life to the next, surrounded by her adoring and grateful family, on Thursday, May 10th, 2012.
Mass of Christian Burial: 10:00 a.m, Tuesday, May 15, at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 1927 SW Green Oaks Blvd, Arlington. Visitation and Rosary: 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Monday, May 14, at Emerald Hills Funeral Home, 500 Sublett Road, Kennedale.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Rosemary's memory to the Jesuit College Preparatory School of Dallas Foundation Endowment (jesuitcp.org), or the Alzheimer's Association; North Central Texas Chapter ( www.alz.org/northcentraltexas)
Departing this life at age 84, she lived her life and invariably dealt with its challenges both in the past years and especially in recent years, with indomitable, unwavering class, grace and good humor. She will be loved and missed, always in our hearts and minds.
She was preceded in death by husband, Charles William Leveling, son, John Charles Leveling and parents, Bertram and Clara Faltus, nee Black.
She is survived by her son, Gregory William Leveling, his wife Susan and their children Kelsey, Aubrey and McKenna, of Fort Worth, Texas, grandson Gary Lee Leveling, his wife Stephanie and great grand children Faith, Jacob, Cole and Kara of Wylie, Texas, granddaughter April Dawn Leveling, her husband, Justin and great-grand children, Kayla and Brooke, of Mansfield, Texas, her sisters, Roman Catholic Nuns and Sisters, Clarice (Barbara Ann) Faltus, OSF, Michelle (Therese) Faltus, SFCC and Jean Marie (Betty Lou) Faltus, SFCC, along with many nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends, especially her very special church family members Nancy Banks, RN and Sister Edith Schnell, DOGR.
A special thank you to all those at "Bobbies house", Rosemary's group home, a true "Home away from home" for the last three. We will be forever grateful to Ms. Bobbie Wofford, Sheila Venable, Ambra, Michelle, "Little" Bobbie Leeann and the rest of the Wofford family, for the dedicated, exceptional, genuine and loving care you gave her.
