Sandra Moon

Sandra Kay Moon, 74, passed away Monday, August 29th, at Texas Health, HEB Harris Methodist Hospital in Bedford, Texas, surrounded by her loving family. She was born on March 7th, 1948 in Dallas, Texas, to Paul and Dorothy Seeton.

Sandra moved to Fort Worth, Texas at an early age with her parents. She began working at Dairy Queen with her mother for eight years. Sandra then worked for Medtronic for 22 years, then retired July 13th, 2007.

She started dating Ronnie D. Moon when he was 17 and she was 16 in Polytechnic Heights. They married on September 5th, 1970 in Granbury, Texas. They were happily married for 51 years. Sandra loved watching movies and spending time with her kids and grandkids.

Sandra was preceded in death by parents Paul and Dorothy Seeton, brothers Paul Jr. and James Seeton, and sister-in-law Marilyn Seeton.

Sandra is survived by husband, Ronnie Moon of Fort Worth; daughter, Kimberly Savage of Fort Worth; son, James and and Kristi Moon of Fort Worth; son, Ronnie Jr. and Jennifer Moon of Fort Worth; brother, Donald Seeton of Fort Worth; sister, Linda and J.W. Edwards of Melbourne, Florida; brother, Thomas and Chris Seeton of Fort Worth; brother in law, Terry Moon of Watauga; grandchildren, Jacob, Brianna, Megan, Lauren, Bryan, Lane, and Aubree; great-grandchildren, Makenna, Carter, Ryder, Conor, and Piper; Life long friend, Peggy McCreary; Numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives.

A funeral service will be held at Emerald Hills Funeral Home, A visitation will be at 6:00 pm on Tuesday, September 6th, 2022 and the funeral will be at 11:00 am on Wednesday, September 7th, 2022. Burial will follow at Emerald Hills Memorial Park.
