ALVARADO -- Shirley Rose Ray, 79, went to be with her Lord on Friday, Sept. 2, 2011.
Funeral: 3 p.m. Tuesday at Emerald Hills Memorial Chapel, 500 Sublett Road, Kennedale. Interment: Emerald Hills Memorial Park Visitation: Open visitation from 10 a.m. until the service.
Shirley was preceded in death by her husband, McAllen Ray, and daughter, Reba Beard.
Survivors: Children, David Ray and wife, Janice, Robert Rollins and wife, Tanya, Rhonda Wilkinson and husband, Eddie, Nelda Eason and husband, Harold; 20 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren: one great-great-grandson; and numerous other family members.
