Star F. Birch, 63, passed away on Thursday, December 10, 2015 in Arlington. Star was born on February 9, 1952 to Guy and Gertrude Fries in Olean, New York. She retired as Lab Manager from the City of Arlington Water Treatment Services.
Star was preceded in death by her husband, Ray Birch; and son, RJ Birch.
She is survived by her precious dogs, Zeus and Freckles, whom she loved dearly; and a host of loving friends.
