Memorial service: 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Emerald Hills Memorial Chapel.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Laura Simurdak, and stepbrother, Shawn Holland.
Survivors: Wife, Tina Simurdak; parents, Frank and stepmother, Mary Simurdak; sisters, Lisa Harkins and husband, Scott, and Krista Simurdak; niece, Laura Scott; stepbrother, Mike Holland; brother-in-law, Darrel and wife, Norma Massey; niece, Priscilla and husband, Casey Miller; nephew, Jordan Massey; sister-in-law, Carrie Cade; and lots of aunts and uncles.
