Susan Kaye Martin, 36, passed away Friday, September 15, 2017.
Funeral Service: 10 a.m. Friday, September 22, 2017 at Emerald Hills Funeral Home.
Interment at Emerald Hills Memorial Park. Visitation 6-8 p.m. Thursday, September 21, 2017 at Emerald Hills Funeral Home.
Susan loved her parents, who are both extremely proud of her. Susan was always very generous with her money and her time. She loved animals and had a special love for dogs and cats. She was a great high school athlete and won many awards for track and field. Susan and her sister Stephanie were very close and were always together. Susan always took care of her younger sister Stephanie. Holding her hand when she was learning to walk, and being her best friend as they grew into adults together. Susan earned an Associates Degree from Cisco Junior College. Susan was an active duty Recruiter for the National Guard when she passed. She became a recruiter after her 10 month tour in Afganistan.
Susan is preceded in death by her grandparents, Raymond and Geraldine Massey and Simon and Florencia Barrera.
Survived by her parents, William and Lala Massey; aunts, uncles, cousins, and many friends.
