Memorial service: 11 a.m. Saturday, May 21, in Emerald Hills Memorial Chapel, 500 Sublett Road, Kennedale.
Tandy was born Aug. 11, 1946.
Survivors: Wife, Sandra Ann Johnson; children, Timothy Ray Smith, James Robert Smith and Tina Marie Smith; eight grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
