Thelma Jones

Thelma Keahiolalo Jones passed away at the age of 92 Wednesday, September 5, 2018 at the home of her daughter in Fort Worth, surrounded by her children and loved ones.  Born in Honolulu, Hawaii November 3, 1925 she was the first born of six children to Joseph and Thelma Keahiolalo.

Thelma was married to Billy Jack Jones, Sr. in 1955 and they were happily married for sixty two years.

She is survived by her son, Billy Jack Jones, Jr. and wife Sheri; daughters, Jacque Erskine and husband Dennis, Jerry Knighton and husband Jasper, and T.J. Lowrey and husband Bud; sisters, Dolly Crawford, Toni Mallow, Jo Birch; five grandchildren; ten great grandchildren; three great great grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, and other family members.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Billy Jack Jones, Sr.; son, Richard Curtis Jones; parents Joseph and Thelma Keahiolalo; sister, Sissy Hoffman and brother Joseph Keahiolalo.

Graveside service for Thelma will be Saturday September 8, 2018 at 11:15AM at Emerald Hills Memorial Park.  Visitation will be held Saturday, September 8, 2018 from 9AM-11AM at Emerald Hills Funeral Home in Kennedale.
