ARLINGTON -- Thomas James Flores went home to be with his Lord and mom, Juanita E. Flores, at heaven's gate Tuesday, Sept. 15, 2009.
Funeral: 2 p.m. Friday in Emerald Hills Memorial Chapel. Private burial at a later date. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Emerald Hills Funeral Home, with a rosary at 7 p.m.
He leaves a legacy of love, joy of life, generosity, laughter, music, movies, treasured family and friendships. He was a 1998 Bowie High School grad. He enjoyed his work as a customer service rep in the world of finance.
Survivors: Parents, Larry and Brenda Flores; brothers, Larry B. Flores, Robert A. Martinez and Gary Brockett; sisters, Cathy and Rick Carson and Patricia Rubeck; nieces and nephews, Nikolas Morgan, Katie Carson and Zachary Brockett; four-legged children, Bandit and Maia; aunts and uncles, Yolie and Gerard Cochrane, Estela and Arthur Caballero, Leticia Casas, Edward Flores, Michael Bridges, Kerry Logan and Jason Collins; many cousins; and a host of other family and friends.
