MANSFIELD -- Thomas Lee Walles, 73, passed away Thursday, March 1, 2012.
Funeral: 2:30 p.m. Saturday at Emerald Hills Memorial Chapel, 500 Sublett Road, Kennedale. Burial: Emerald Hills Memorial Park. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
Tommy enjoyed camping, fishing, golf, hunting and spending time with his grandchildren and family. He retired from Harris Corp. (Goss Int.) in Kennedale after 38 years of service with them. He was preceded in death by his parents, John and Ethel Walles; a son, Thomas Jr.; brother, Lloyd; and sister, Louise.
Survivors: Wife of 27 years, Ruby Walles; children, Cheryl Bridges and husband, David, Sonya Lowe and husband, Donald, Scott Andersen and wife, Stephanie; grandchildren, Nicole, Taylor, Sonnie and Samantha; great-grandson, Asher Thomas; brothers, J.E., Charles and Ferdie; sisters, Joyce, Imogene and Polly; and numerous other family members.
