ARLINGTON -- Tye Richard Blasutta, 28, went home to be with his Lord on Saturday, March 29, 2008, surrounded by his loving family and friends.
Funeral: 10 a.m. Thursday at Pleasantview Baptist Church, Arlington. Interment: Emerald Hills Memorial Park. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Emerald Hills Funeral Home.
Memorials: the Cole Blasutta education fund, in lieu of flowers.
The most important thing in Tye's life was his 8-year-old son, Cole. They enjoyed motorcycles, wakeboarding and Corvettes. He graduated from Martin High in 1998. He abounded in love with a multitude of friends.
He was predeceased by his grandparents, Richard L. Johnson and Thomas and Johnny P. Blasutta.
Survivors: Son, Cole Richard Blasutta; parents, Tom and Jana Blasutta and Lynn and Bill Holmes; brothers, T.J. and Laurie Formby and Nicholas Poor; grandmother, Betty Lee Johnson; and a host of other family and friends.
