Undrae Lofton

Undrae Deshun Lofton was born August 12, 1969 in Dallas, TX to Jesse Sledge and Margaret Anne Lofton Sledge. He passed away peacefully on Monday, November 27, 2017. Undrae was a truck driver for Pat Salmon Company out of Fort Worth and Dallas.  He was a project manager for Lofton Electronics for seven years installing security systems and was the owner of Seargent CCTV/Home Theater Installation for five years.  He was a Dallas Cowboys fan, an assistant coach for youth soccer program, and loved to fish.  He was saved at Mount Moriah Church and a member of Charity Community Church in Arlington.  Undrae’s love for others not only showed through his big handsome smile but it also showed through his career.  Undrae was preceded in death by his mom, Margaret Anne Lofton Cooper; grandparents, Issac Battles and Blanche Lofton Battles and Ruth Sledge.

Those left to cherish his memory are his loving wife, Brenda Moore Lofton; sons, Marqui Lofton, Zion Thompson, Jose Payne Jr., Braeland Payne; granddaughter, Amiya Lofton; father, Jesse Sledge and Donald Rayy Cooper; grandfather, Jessie Sledge; sisters, Jessica Sledge, Nekeisha Sledge, Dona Deloney and husband Richard; nephews and nieces, Trevon Cooper, Marqueal King, Kyshun Freeman, Christopher MacIntosh, Derricka Myles, Que’ara Myles; cousins, Anthony Alford, Charlotte Henderson and husband Don, Cecil Lofton, Vicki Lofton-Rhodes; god children, Travon Stewart, James Stewart, Chassity Stewart, Tacarra Hart, Sparkel Hart; and best friend Roderick Session.

Funeral service for Undrae will be held Friday, December 8, 2017 at 11:00A.M. at Emerald Hills Funeral Home with Pastor Reginald Wilson officiating and Roderick Session, Jose Payne, Travon Stewart, James Stewart, Lonnie Carr, and Ellis Marshall serving as pallbearers.  Interment will follow at Emerald Hills Memorial Park.  Visitation will be Thursday, December 7, 2017 from 6:00-8:00P.M. at Emerald Hills Funeral Home.
