Interment at Emerald Hills Memorial Park. Visitation 9 am Monday before the service.
Preceded in death by her parents, Lonnie and Hattie Lile; son, Delbert Winters.
Wanda is survived by her husband of 60 years, James Kellis Spiers Sr.; sons, Walter Winters and wife, Debbie, James Spiers Jr. and wife, Teresa, Danny Spiers and wife, Laura; daughter in law, Claudette Winters.
