Wayne was born September 18th, 1959 at Wright Patterson Air Force Base (WAB) Dayton, Ohio.  Home in his early years was Mt. Orab, Ohio, the family later moved to Memphis Tennessee where he attended school eventually graduating from Northside High School in 1976.  He had spent most of the last 18 years living in the DFW area.  He worked as a mechanic in his early years, and later became a glazier and commercial panel foreman working on many of the commercial buildings in the downtown Dallas skyline.  He also had a Handyman business for some time and would say he was a jack of all trades and a master of known.  He was very talented when it came to working with wood and made some beautiful mantels and furniture, and was very creative always inventing new things to help himself and those around him.  He loved music with Classic Rock and old school Country being his favorites, playing pool, Crown Royal, and hanging out with friends and family.

He is preceded in death by parents JC Bartholomew and Virginia Francis Morton Bartholomew, and brother Thomas Howe.
