FOREST HILLS -- Weldon Ray Long, 66, went home to be with his Lord Tuesday, July 3, 2007.
Graveside service: 10 a.m. Friday in Emerald Hills Memorial Park. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Emerald Hills Funeral Home.
Weldon was born Oct. 18, 1941. He had a passion for hunting and fishing, but he was at his best when he saw new life through his granddaughter's eyes.
He was preceded in death by his son, Lonnie Long.
Survivors: His loving wife, Barbara Long; son, Kevin Long; granddaughter, Angela Long; father, Albert Long; brother, Harvey Long; two sisters; along with a host of other family and friends.
